2010 Nissan Pixo keeps cutting out whilst driving what could be problem

Entire dashboard will light up, steering lock will come on and engine stop. Intermittent fault and hard to diagnose. This causes the car to become uncontrollable as there is no steering and the brakes lose power.

Check / clean idle air control valve and throttle body . Check or replace spark plugs if needed . Make sure no any vac or air / breather hoses are not leaking
