2007 Nissan Note knocking noise on transmission when accelerating from cruise?

When driving if I ease off accelerator and "coast" for a while then accelerate again there is a noise that comes form the transmission? Could this be wear in drive shafts or C.V joints?

its possible for the cv's to become noisy usually on full lock though... i suspect a loose component vibrating. have it checked out!!
