Need help quick - nissan micra

does not start very well in cold conditions and when it does start it is rough and sounds has though it is misfiring, can anybody help please?

can anyone help me?? just got a nissan micar 03 plate. u know above were u put the engine oil u got a clear bottle what got in there. is it brake fuiled can anyone help
