Since buying the car I have had problems with the reverse gear - always a bit difficult getting it first time. Thought It would settle being a new car - but hasnt. Is this something I should get looked at or is it just me?

Get it back to dealers for fixing under warranty .If it's had this fault since new you really should have reported it then and voiced your concerns .Then it would have been logged on file , giving you more ammunition when you go back to complain about fault .See what dealership say and get back to board if not getting a satisfactory result .
