2000 Nissan Micra car keeps stalling

Sounds slightly rough when idling, but loses power when driving. Either lumpy when going along or stalls when coming to a stop. No dash lights come on until it actually stalls, when they all come on as they should.
I've changed the distributor cap, HT leads and all spark plugs. Any help appreciated.

Need to check it's firing on all cylinders , Can check by pulling one plug lead at a time while idling and see how engine reacts / if any difference . Or could check , clean MAF sensor
