2006 Nissan Micra hazard warning lights won't turn off

Car: Nissan Micra
Year: 2006
Variant: Essenza
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Battery was flat. As soon as I got the car started, the hazard warning flashers came on and now won't stop.

Could be the multifunction control module , seen some have had success in curing by disconnecting battery for 20 mins and then reconnecting but cant vouch for it one way or the other .

Brilliant. Reconnecting the battery after charging it worked a treat.

Thank you.
