2003 Nissan Micra lights and front wipers not working

Hello, recently noticed front wipers and lights not working. Checked the wiper linkage, OK checked all fuses seems OK. Bit baffled how they would both fail at the same time. Thanks

Would help if you said what lights it is that are not working .

The rear brake lights, reversing light, the indicator lights, and fog lights all are working. Its the front lights, from side lights to main beam. Nothing is working
