2002 Nissan Micra hole in top of water coolant bottle

There is a 5p sized hole in the top of my water coolant bottle. The water coolant is at the correct level and is not leaking any where. Can I still drive the car. If not is there a quick fix as I need the car at the weekend.

Should be safe to drive if not losing coolant .Be advisable to replace soon as .
