Speedo cable bresking

Speed cable breaking. Replaced, broke again. Replaced cable and gear box. Done 200 miles and broke again?

There is also a 'rubbing' noise when (PAS) steering wheel turned?

if cable is routed correctly and you have replaced gear/box it only leaves the speedo head check pas fluid level get some one to operate steering whileyou look see if anything is catching

sorry you will have to replace the speedo head no other answer

Check head is turning freely by inserting broken cable into head and turning .Assume speedo drive in box you fitted is o.k
