2009 Nissan Elgrand suspected cylinder head gasket failure

Runs and drives same as always. Loses coolant. Runs fine if coolant kept topped up. Otherwise yes it would overheat. Mechanic advises exhaust gas in coolant. Looking for mechanic to take the job of fixing her on as near North east as possible.
