2004 Nissan Almera no spark at the spark plugs

hi ive been given a car as a non runner beliving that it needed a cam chain as they stretch this is known as a common problem to the nissan,s when i tried to start it i found there was not a spark so i replaced the plugs,coil packs,cam sensor and crank sensor but still have no spark the car is showing no fault codes stored i have checked the fuses still no spark can any one help.please please.

if you have no spark it could be an ecu fault either a loose connection or a programming issue,check all your earth connections and clean up,
