Noise on my left wheel

I have a problem with my nissan almera 2017, i changed the control arm and balljoint, then there was a problem with the bearing , i changed them. it started eating tyres outside and the is a noise on my left hand side wheel. can please tell me wat is the problem

After the work you have done it would be advisable to get a full geometry check carried out .
