2005 Nissan Almera not starting

It won't start. when key is turned all the central locking clicks, starter turns engine only a small amount,then nothing.
Have tried jump leads, no luck. But it will bump start.
Starter tested off car, seems to work ok.
Battery starts my other car ok, so guess that's also ok.
Is there a relay in the starting system?

Any relay fitted must be working if turning over ?Check the earth strap to the engine / gearbox.
