2002 Nissan Almera engine noise

when car is started after being left for awhile . engine sound like a train.i have opened bonnet ,seems its coming from somewhere near fan belt .it stops after about 5/10 mins .any help sorting this annoying problem would be gratefully accepted.

sounds like the timming chain. Quite common fault i`m afraid.
