MY HANDBRAKE LIGHT IS STAYING ON BUT IT IS VERY DIM THIS IS HAPPENING WHEN HANDBRAKE IS OFF

Could be faulty switch on hand brake, but quite often on a lot of vehicles the same light when flickering is also used to warn of low brake fluid level, usually down to worn brake linings or you have a fluid leak, check the fluid level.
