just had a recon. engine fitted to my 02 animal l200 and i towed a van out of a stickey situation were i think i may have burned something out because the engine started smoking and it smelled plasticky ? and now when i go to overtake it suddenly looses power ??? please some1 help

Maybe burnt out clutch ?
