2018 Mitsubishi L200 rmp jumping and shaking

When holding steady at 1500 rpm the revs start to bounce up and down. Then at around 2000 rpm the whole truck starts shaking and knocking. I just had my DPF chemically cleaned and full service and this was happening on the way home from the shop.

If it wasn't doing it prior to work they carried out , take it back for checking and answers
