Clutch failure
2019 Mitsubishi L200 2.5 Barbarian

So my clutch completely gave out without warning at 60 while towing on motorway.
I’m arguing clutch cylinder and under warranty…. As my understanding is clutch cylinder controls pressure applied so if faulty would be like someone riding the clutch continuously.
Mitsubishi garage say wear and tear.
Truck has done 45k and regularly serviced and well maintained. Most of the miles are non towing.
Anyone any thoughts/advice?

Best of luck but dont think you have any chance what so ever of succeeding with your warranty claim if that is your theory .
