Oil leaks after a new short motor was fitted

2005 Mitsubishi L200 2.5 td
Car: Mitsubishi L200
Year: 2005
Variant: 2.5 td
I believe its the Hyundai block, which I was told is the same apart from the splash plate, I also have had to block of two holes either side of the block.

Take it back to whoever fitted the short motor .Impossible to say what the two holes are for but would be an idea to find out .

What are the two holes for ? What comes out of them , oil , coolant , air / vacuum ?

Oil.
One hole had a 6mm tread in it, used a copper washer and bolt to stop it leaking, that was on the left hand side.
The other hole is about 15mm used a plate and gasket to seal it, it's just behind alternater.

Don't know what they are , need schematic of the original car and block . Possible blocking them off and restricting the oil has caused pressure build up causing oil leaks ? Who knows , PCV valve fitting , sensor ......................?
