Hi, new to this but here goes. I have recently bought a 2014 l200 trojan, I'm very happy with it, however, I took it up a very steep hill and parked at the top. For a few seconds I could hear what sounded like the expansion tank bubbling/gurgling. It's not overheating, no white smoke, no creamy oil etc. Its only done it once. Drove back from the steep hill trip, parked on my drive, nothing. Any ideas??

Could be an early sign of the rad cooling viscous fan failing .

Hi, thanks for that, though I don't even know what that is! Just took her for a really good run, no issues at all. Took her up some steep hills to push her, got home, not a sound! She's off to my mechanic on Thursday for a check over, will mention that to him. Thanks for your help. Cheers

Hopefully it was just a glitch and it was just on the point of the fan cutting on and then running to cool engine temp to normal

Hi, sorry to bother you again, but I have a knock/clunk type noise coming from, what sounds like, the bottom middle of the engine when I pull away in first gear. Doesn't do it all the time, it's predominantly when she's been sat for a few hours. Did it going into 2nd gear today, which is uncommon. Any ideas on that one? Cheers
