2016 Mitsubishi L200 reverse camera wiring & audio/nav system - lost screws

The Audio unit has managed to lose some of it's screws and as a result the wiring for the reversing camera has come lose and lost it's connection. Mitsubishi are saying this is impossible! The truck isn't a year old yet

Does seem very strange .Take it back for repairing under warranty .

I have done and the dealer thinks it's impossible and I must have been attempting to take the unit our myself which I of course haven't - shouldn't need to seeing as it's under warranty. I could do with a bit of information to back up my argument

Cant give you any back up on this .I have spent a lifetime in the motor trade and , like the dealership , never came across this either .Could someone else , unknown to you , got in and interfered with it ?.
