Single knock noiee

When driving onto a roubdabout or a sharp right hand corner there is a knock sound from around gearbox area. There is a small rubber mounting at bottom of gear box that seems to be shot, would this be the sound im hearing??

Every chance that is causing the trouble , first thing I would replace .
