2003 Mitsubishi L200 rain getting into cabin

For a few months now every time it rains the passenger foot well fills up with water, this is causing one or two elllectrical problems but I can't find where it is coming in has anyone any ideas.

Not really familar with that car , but on others it is usually caused by bulkhead / scuttle water drains blocked and needing cleared .
