Juddering sound when accelertaing

HI guys

my l200 seems to have developed a problem, when accelarating hard on the flat, or normally up hill or towing a trailer etc, there is a judder like noise, i think its from the tranmission, it kinda sound like "jud, jud ,jud" .. anyone come across this before? ive owned the truck coming up for 2 years and had no troubles at all. this now has creeped up

check the prop shaft securing bolts to dif and gearbox first

possible dual mass failing, check engine and box mountings aswel
