2001 Mini One gear sticking

I am having problems getting my car into gear. At present I am still able to drive the car but the gears are sticking and sometimes won't go into gear at all without some force.
I have had the clutch replaced on the car previously so I am hoping that this does not need replacing again.
Can anyone help I wish I never had a mini so many problems.
