i have just changed the engine in my g.fs zr and now the water does not come up to wash the windscreen from washer reservoir the pump sound as though they are working but no water i know i have not disconnected any thing to do with that any one have any tips for me to carry out please help

See if the bottle is gunged up and the pump filter is not blocked .

would also check that the washer jets are not blocked,if you stick a safety pin down the nozzle this will clean any crap out,and also check the washer pipes have not come off at the washer jets,check the rear washer pipe where it goes from body to tailgate inside the rubber sleeving as they are prone to going brittle and snapping
