2004 MG ZR steering and juddering

Car: MG ZR
Year: 2004
Variant: 1.4 Petrol
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hi all,

My car has started to pull to both sides when braking and also during normal driving when going over rough road etc... Also the engine judders when accelerating normally ie at 20mph in 3rd, drop it to 2nd and it seems ok, very hesitant to pull. Hope someone can help. Has had recent service, one tyre was quite bold internally and tracking has apparently been done.

for misfiring check your ht leads as this was common fault when car under load, also check spark plugs are not fouled up,as for pulling to side, you say tracking has been done,is the car ok on normal road surface?if the car pulls to both sides it could just be due to uneven road surface.check your brakes are`nt binding, remove calipers and give the slide pins a lube with copper grease and also lube the pads where they locate in the shims
