2005 MG ZR heater blowing cold air

my heater has been blowing cold air past few weeks , car is not over heating its running juts under half temp as normal and not using water . The pipes are all hot up too heater valve this is open and working fine I have also bled the system so their is no air in system , their is no white substance in oil filler cap so I do not think its the head gasket any solutions ? as I do not want 2 replace water pump , thermostat then head gasket just for it still too not work !!
