2005 MG ZR central locking won't lock

i have a 54 plate (2005) mg zr which will unlock from the remote key fob and the boot release will operate but the vehicle won't lock again from fob also the vehicle won't auto lock on speed related locking and the central locking button on the dash no longer works! has anyone had this problem and can you help?
