Stuck in sports mode

Car starts and I am able to put car in and out of sports mode, then I drive for 1-2mins and then the car sticks in sports mode and I'm unable to switch sports mode off, I was told by Mercedes that it was a rear level sensor that was causing it but they wanted £600 so got it done elsewhere, but this has not fixed the fault! Has anyone had similar or knows the fix

With a car of this standard you should take it to the dealers. Or a Mercedes specialist.

Get it scanned with appropriate equipment for fault codes .Plenty of good independent Merc garages about .Don't go to dealers unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for work
