2016 Mercedes Benz C Class tyre trip

My car is the new 4 wheel drive C43. The problem/noise happens when you are turning hard either side it seems that the tyre was slipping out and tyre/wheel shudders. Mercedes just don't quite know what the problem his but my local head Mercedes mechanic has been told that it is seemingly a tyre trip!!! Never heard of this before and as this car is new to me with 7000 miles on it when I bought it has left me very unhappy. Seemingly this is a problem in the C and GLC 4matic models. Has anyone had this similar problem and how was it resolved? Thanks Steven
