2002 Mercedes Benz C Class engine diagnostic indicator lamp

Hi need help with the above, have change already 2 mechanics costing me heaps this stupid problem the light keep coming on after going for a new sensor, then a Air Flow Meter has been replace it cost me this part $644.00 $ 50 1/2 hour job total $693.00 , the car is running well but the engine light is ON AGAIN now they said if engine oil usage continue it will required new supercharger system to included pipework and intercooler at estimate cost on the thousands please someone have similar problem PLEASE HELP!

Take it to a Mercedes dealership for proper diagnosing with the correct equipment and estimating of cost to repair .Better than costly replacement of parts maybe not needed .Always dearer but might be cheaper in the long run .
