Hard starting

when the engine is running fuel comes together with bubles from return pipe,when the engine is off,we find all diesel gone to tank no fuel remains in the pipes,even a drop.

You are drawing air from somewhere , need to check all pipes / hoses , filter etc .Running back into tank .
