Clicking noise when moving

2003 Mercedes Benz C Class C270 Advantguard
Car: Mercedes Benz C Class

Hope somebody can resolve this for me. I have a constant clicking noise inside the car that sounds like a bearing spinning around. It gets more noticeable after driving longer distances but when I go round a left hand bend the noise disappears. If I go round a right hand bend the noise gets louder. I have had the wheel bearing changed on the nearside and there does not appear to be any problem with the drivers side bearing. I have noticed that when I am coming to a stop there is a slight lurching forward action from the gearbox. I have taken it to a Mercedes garage and an independent garage but with no joy. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Sound like o/s ( other) bearing gone. Change in noise when load transferred on/off.

P.s make sure the noise is not coming from brake pads , may need cleaning out or freeing off.
