2007 Mazda 323 001 general electrial failure

Hello :)
Engine management light comes on, no flashing, engine is happy and all oils checked.. Attached my ODB11 Scan Tool to the diag port and received error code 001 general electrical fault... Reset fuses and removed battery lead (Black) and waited 10 mins this seemed to help, engine management light stayed off all day... This morning its back..Car is operating normally, starts first time, alternator voltage to the battery (NEW Battery) looks good.. Got MOT coming up so kinda want this resolved if poss for it to sail through.. Thank you very much indeed...

Code doesn't give much info . Check all wiring connections and all grounds
