Plastic inside car is going sticky

In my Maserati Spyder a lot of the plastic inside the car is going sticky what can I do about other than changing it, is there a spray or something that I can treat it with

Halfords or the like do various cleaners and sure they would advise you on the best products .Here is an example ,

Is it the surface coating going sticky? Has it been painted, or is it like the plastic breaking down? Have you tried googling to see for common issues,
