2015 Maserati Quattroporte noise in rear

When I take off from a dead stop it sounds like the rear is slipping at times or missing a tooth,you can hear and feel it.Once car is at normal driving all is fine; any ideas.

Could be the limited slip diff . I remember reading of a recall on some Maseratis regarding problems with dif pinion nut but cant recall what year / models were affected .Might be worth a call to dealership with your car details and see if it's a known fault
