2013 Ligier JS2 clutch knocking at high revs

recently in ligier ixo the clutch was replaced and since then, when the engine is running at top speed, something seems to be shooting in the clutch.

Was it a fully balanced clutch . flywheel kit ? If only since fitting clutch and not there previously , looks like you may need to pull it apart again
