Land Rover Freelander Transfer Box Problems

ive had a recon transfer box put on and a new clutch .. and it has started to have problems changing gear i had to lift clutch pedal up with my foot after changing gear,and now i cannot get any gears at all and when the jeep is ticking over...

Bought a freelander on 29/1/2012, through ebay the advert stated good runner, good cond,good interia,however when I was driving said motor home there was a whining noise as i was going up through the gearbox, wasnt sure what this noise was ...

When changing up gear there's a clunking noise coming from the rear of my vehicle just wondered if anyone knows what this could be
