1999 Jaguar XK8 battery is not holding its charge.

Draining overnight. battery only a yr old. what could be draining the battery?

First of all you will need to get your battery LOAD tested , even though only a year old . Next LOAD test your alternator and check charging rate . If all o.k you will need to check for a parasitic drain .
