1996 Jaguar XJ no spark

if the engine isnt turning over the engine will not spark as it has a trigger point to tell it when to spark as the engine turns over have you tried jump leads or a booster pack on the car or even charging the battery and trying it again after the battery has been charged over night i would do this first and then try and see what happens hope this helps
