I would like to know what is that knack sound when I step on the clutch pedal?

Depends if the noise is inside the car or inside the gearbox , It could be the clutch cable needing replaced . If inside could be a fault on the pedal carriage or bushing , or any return spring if fitted . Sometimes spraying with WD40 or similar can cure . If not any of them , and dependent on noise , could be clutch assembly as there are a lot of problems with the clutches
