Honda Civic Battery Problems

Problems mentioning the Battery on the Honda Civic
Cd player wont play

after changing battery and inputting code cd player will now not play, radio is still ok. All was perfect before battery change. Daughters clio has exactly the same problem, any ideas ??

Can't unlock the door remote and when I get the car key in the lock it triggers the alarm. Honda Civic 2006

I thought it was the battery in the car key but it gives 3 volts. So it must be something else. Any ideas? Also, is there a way to shut the alarm off?
