Engine rattling noise

when starting car , and car is stationry engine vibarating and making rattling noise on front passenger side. when you gently put foot on accelarator noise goes away.when you take off it starts again

Could be exhaust / heat shield .Does it change when you depress cluch ? could be dual mass flywheel rattle .
