Bluetooth microphone volume too low

Hi I have a problem with factory fitted bluetooth microphone on my 2008 Ford s max.It was perfect last week but now when i make or recieve calls the caller can barely hear me when i am roaring into the microphone.When i use the radio controlls to increase volume on the phone it just raises the speaker volume not the mic.When I try to use the voice activation it cant hear me either.Any help greatly appreciated!
