Off side tail light stays on when lights are turned off. When turned on both tail lights work and the off side drl remains bright yet the near side dims to side light setting.

Could be an earthing problem , lamp assembly circuit board fault , wiring plug or even an incorrect type bulb I.e a double filament bulb instead of a single filament or fitted wrongly .Just got to work your way through it , step by step.
