The engine runs really rough. If I accelerate normally the engine judders, especially at lower revs If I accelerate hard it runs ok but as soon as I try to drive normally it's back to running badly. It doesn't stall on tick over but it still sounds a little rough.
I've cleaned the MAF sensor but with no change.

When was fuel filter last changed ?

Could be fuel pressure sensor or wiring issue but filter change a good shout as starting point ,from your description fuel could be getting restricted if it goes well under acceleration,but rough otherwise,
