boot wont open on main fob or on spare. tried it with turning key in driver door lock, still wont work. there is no operating noise from it either, any ideas? thanks Kenny

wires going into tailgate may be broken when you lift tailgate there is some rubber sleeves with wires in coming from roof area pull the rubber back and check the wires
