2008 Ford S-Max front electric windows fault.

i brought a secondhand ford smax 2008 about a two year´s ago from a ford dealership with which i have since done aout 30000miles and has been a joy to drive but since about a month ago the front drivers and passenger sides electic window will go down but when you want them to go up the window acts like it´s lost it´s memory and will only go up on the third attempt if you keep your finger on the the button.
I have reprogramed all the windows several times following the instrutiones in my ford manual but after a day or so the two windows in question return to their usal tricks of not going up properly.
i find it strange that both windows have the same problem and the drivers side worst than the other.for every 10 times i try the drivers side window in an updown operacion it will fail 9 times. and the passenger side will fail a little less about 6 out of 10. in the cooler wheaher the windows seem to fail more than in summer.
i seen in other european forumes that this problem in fords is more comman in the mondeo and smax.
What can i do to test the windows or maybe fix it myself? And is it true that this problem is fairly comman of the smax around 2008?great forum, keep up the good work.
