Intermittant loss of power/A/c blowing cold/Fan stays on after engine is turned off

Basically what the problem title says.
I noticed the loss of power when l was accelerating, but the speedo was decreasing.
The a/c was on the highest temperature but it blows hot and then cold etc
The fan seems to stay on after l have turned the engine off (I assume until it cools down)
Any help would be appreciated before l take it to a Ford Dealer

First thing I would check would be coolant level .
